Trader Workstation Security Card Captcha OCR (twsOCR)

twsOCR is a program to convert the captchas from the "Security Code Card 
Authentication" window into plaintext.

The program is not finished cause lack of time and personally I don't need it. 


twsOCR is based on "Delphi DCR" published at Planet-Source-Code.com

To compile "twsOCR" you must download "Delphi DCR" and copy the 3 missing 
units "BackPropCls", "DCRFra" and "GlobalMdl" in this folder.

As I dont know if the original author of Delphi DCR allows to publish 
his code on other internet sites I decided not to include these untits.
